For the PAN Services that are given to you, will only accept refunds if the service is not provided . Or if Users send Physical documents to our Address and We receive it and We do not provide Aknowledgement no to Customer in this case we refund to customer according to our refund policy. The refund process will be initiated once we confirmation of the services not provided. Typically refunds are processed within 30 working days .

Note:-If We apply the applicant's PAN Card And in the applicant's document,the Details(Name,Date of Birth,Gender or Any issue) are mismatch According to Govt Database and We pay to Government for PAN Card service,In this case We deduct Government Fees+17% Service and Support Charges.

Note:-Refund Price will be different from actual price Because Our service & support Team charges We deducts 17% charge of Total Amount.
